As a student at the Institute for Culinary Education, Dante's advisor encouraged her to apply for an internship at Madison Lee’s Cakes. While Dante trailed in multiple New York City cake studios and considered other internships, she was so excited by the creativity and artistry that she saw at Madison Lee’s Cakes that she decided it was the place she needed to be. Dante learned so much from Chef Madison's hands on approach to cake artistry during her time as an intern, and was offered a full time position in the studio. She loves the opportunity to be creative and do something different almost every single day.
