This  one week intensive will be the foundation for your training.  For five days you will spend a minimum of  30 hours  one on one with Chef Madison Lee. During this time you will make a wedding cake from start to finish under her strict guidance and instruction.

You should be warned this course is not for everyone, especially not  the faint of heart.  This will surely be one of the most  unforgettable experiences that you will ever have.

If you put in the time and energy by the end of the week you will have a beautiful and delicious wedding cake with sugar flowers, that you can gift to your friends, family, or a charity of your choice.
